The rule is - what is on the ROAR approved list of motors and esc's the morning of Thursday May 23rd is what will be permissible for the event. We will this list Thursday morning and it is what we will go by. It will be available in tech.

To clarify, any motor, ESC, or body ADDED to ROAR's approved list as of May 23rd will be allowed. If any item is REMOVED from ROAR's list it will not be allowed beginning immediately upon it's removal.

Remember, approval does not mean a motor is legal. Approved motors must still meet all technical requirements spelled out in the rules.

Gentlemen,

Some room options are becoming scarce at the Holiday Inn Express, so there's another Hotel on the other side of the freeway. It's the Crown (510)489-2200. Just say you want the Reedy Rate, it's 109.

We've had some calls about using your paypal account to sign up - Yes that's fine, use [email protected], and of course you can always phone your entry in to (510)324-5700. Its crunch time.

I went to the ROAR site to check the approved motor list & the Killshot is not on there. But if you go to the ROAR Forums under Motor approvals the Killshot
was approved by Steve Pond. So my question is are you guys getting the updated list from ROAR directly & not just printing it from the ROAR site since it looks like it not current?

Thx-John

This is my first RROC and I was wondering about the whole tire situation. Are the tires I purchase through the event have to be used for the entire event plus the practice days or can I purchase other sets for the controlled practice days?

You can buy as many sets of tires as you like. But for qualifying up to (3) sets can be used. And if you make the A main (1) additional set can be purchased. This is how it's been for years. So I'm sure this is how it will be this year as well.

Default Reedy

If there's a open spot in invite I nominate Juan Aveytia to fill the spot. He is the fastest local racer .
