Got a few questions about the new track location. Please let me know if I am overstepping my boundaries here.

What is the overall size of the track? Please include the length of the longest straightaway.

Where will the drivers' stand be located?

Will the track be electric racer friendly, especially Mini and spec 17.5? I ask this because the track looks big and "stock/spec" classes are not fun to run on very big tracks but mod classes would have a blast on them.

For nitro racing, where will the pit lane be located, especially in relation to the where the drivers' stand location?

What kind of facilities are at this location in regards to restrooms, water, etc?

What is this location proximity to hotels, restaurants, the airport, etc?

Will this location be big enough to host a big event outside of your big races?

Is there a hobby shop located close to this location or will there be a rolling hobby shop (trailer) to sell parts and supplies?

Sorry for the question overload but an inquiring mind wants to know. So, I guess there will be no more racing at the White Station parking lot, eh???

16 ft lanes.....1200ft in lenght...not sure about the striaghtaway though....measure today.....also,it has a concession stand, plenty of electricty, restrooms, lights, close to the interstate......20 mins from airport, plenty of hotels in the area..........

i think it might be a little big for mini,we are trying to get this all figured out.......a way to cutt the track down for some classes......

we have had a few mods 1/10th they look stupid fast,i think it will be fine for 17.5........its not like you can hold it wide open all around the track.......i will post pics tonight.....

driverstand already in place,2 spots for nitro pitting......Whew!

Yes this can hold a huge event......

holla Later,on my way to the track.....

With a track this big, and the possibility of big nitro, someone might want to alert the XRAY factory guys for planning.

Thanks for all the pics and responses to my questions. Got to ask, "Is the surface concrete?" Have you guys tried running foam tired nitro cars on this surface? If so, how are the hooking up?

LOL!....when we ran and preped a little,we blew it off and sprayed some 50/50 grape soda and water.....with 38/42...mine was dialed/hooked.....decent wear....and i think the soda might change ratio.........

Rubber tires seems to work much better on concrete than foam tires. Concrete acts as sandpaper to foams and usually offer no traction no matter how much traction compound you spray on it. But, I guess you guys will figure something out.

That place looks great guys! Look forward to getting to come back out and race some if I ever get off work any. Y'all plan on doing any more practicing this year? Or any more work days around the place? I was talking to Clarence this past week and would have like to have came but I was stuck working yet again
