The difference in the diff oil is to prevent the diffing out effect under power, the thicker oil is needed as there is less parts to have a friction effect on, so:
50K 2-gear diff will have a similar friction factor as a 30K 4-gear diff.
You understand now?
(I'm not sure which words you use to describe this in the American language, as English and American is not always the same language)

This is true, NiMo! Though, the American language is just english, just as Mexican speak spanish and not mexican. But just to let you know, you explained yourself very well. We, Americans, just like to butcher our own language depending on where you're from here in the States.

But in this thread we all speak the same language ... FW-05R.

Thanks for all your tips!

Yes i forgot to say thanks for his time in explaining it again. As im getting the FW-05S ill be able to use its front diff in my R and switch it back and forth to see which diff suits me better

Also guys have any of you's used Red springs on the FW05's yet? as i cant seem to adjust right height with these springs when the foams have about 15-20% left. ill be switching to black fronts and gold rears.

Default lola body

Hey guys switched over to this car after major frustration with the g4 and ntc3. I made it to page 30 before my eyes started to hurt.

I want to mount a lola body on mi fw. IS there a separate bumper plate for the lola mount or can I use the stock one. I know the v one rr has a different mount for lola bodies. It is a separate part and will it fit on the FW?

Thanks in advance.

VZ082 is the wide bumper set (and body fronts mounts) for the Lola style shells.

Never Ever Ever!!

Tourers - yes
GT - yes
Nastrucks - yes
but weggies - never!!

I've just been asked for the same part over and over again, mainly for the V-one brigade, so it's kinda stuck in my head.
