17.5 Motors 24k ect
Have you ever bought a used motor to save some money and thought that was a waste of money? So have I and that's why I started doing this.
Each motor is torn apart and cleaned, bearings are checked and cleaned. Then it is put on the Motolyser to insure the magnets and sensors are in tolerance. Then the rotor is put on the Fantom Facts Machine 3 to insure max strength. Next the stator poles are put on the Facts Machine 2 to check that resistance is in tolerance as well. Next each motor is put on the TurboDyno and tested under 6 different loads to find that all important 'sweet spot'. The sweet spot is that spot in the timing that makes the most power without sacrificing efficiency and RPM (or in simple terms overworking and overheating your motor). With that said each motor set and does not need touched. Just gear it to your liking but I do recommend putting a fan on it if possible as the motor will be making max power.
Please remember I take this very serious and all the extra work I have done to these to make sure they are great motors for you. I have $1800 just in equipment alone to test and tune motors. This is not buying a random used motor at all! You are buying a used motor that is like a new hand built tuned motor for less than the cost of a new equivalent. Each motor comes with the readouts from the TurboDyno along with the readings from the Motolyser for your records.
This motor's numbers are very strong. So with a good battery and proper gearing this motor will pull out of the turns and carry top end speed at the end of the straights.
