I got did some testing this week at my track, which was rather interesting, so I wanted to post it.
I connected the servo mount, and new motor mount together with a turnbuckle, and found it gave a small amount of forward bite, and has the added benefit of eliminating a belt coming off in the incident of a strong collision.
The second thing I did some testing with, is even less glue (currently a new layout on my car, so grip is low), however the car still felt really good by just going down to 58mm of front glue, and added .5 deg more rear toe(2.5 total now). This is to say that the car works exceptionally well on low bite, or high bite crc carpet, with very little set up change.
The last thing I tested was connecting the motor mount to the top deck, which gave the car a fair amount more steering "response", or rather gave the car some more initial steering, and it did take some on power steering away, not a huge amount but noticeable. However I think that this is positive because it seemed to make the car work a bit more consistent for me, at least so far on this layout.
I did not have a chance to test the RSD yellows yet, but I have a set, and will post about them when I do get around to testing.
