Hey,

Please don't let this forum slip into obscurity by posting rubbish. This is meant to be a technical forum not a place to banter between each other. There are other threads you can use for those purposes.

I enjoy reading the many fine things the likes of Manticore, AMG Racer, and Taylor-Racing and others write, but I don't like having to sift through rubbish to get to them.

I expect I will get flamed for my views and being outspoken.

Finally got to run the EVO today. One of the tracks I run on is very low grip and uneven in places. My previous settings for the RR that were quite good for this track are absolutley useless for the EVO. It was to loose off power going into the turns. I'm starting to get a handle on it but I chunked a few tyres in the process due to all the tail sliding and trying to drive around the problem.

But it was a good day apart from that.

Could someone please confirm what is softer. The silver springs listed for the RR or the blue springs off the Fantom.

Thanks Data.

My micrometer only goes to three decimal places, so I'll have to fudge the rest.

Now the embarrasing part I actually need the diameter for the Gold bar. . . . . . pretty please.

. . . looking to tame a bit of understeer exiting corners.

From my calculations, the Silver's are the softest. All the Evo optional springs are harder. I can't calculate the Fantom springs since they don't seem to list the number of coils. Hopefully, someone can fill in the gap, here.

For your off power oversteer, try limiting the rear droop.
