Default TCS World Titles

Hi guys Australia has just finished the nationals for TCS this year and I was just wanting to know who are the guys from other countries going to Japan. Also has any one received the rules for this year and what are they?
Will there be more drivers from Europe this year and is Asia only sending 3 drivers like Australia?

North America will be sending the following drivers:

Mark Dawson won GT1 (from California)
Keith Yu won GT2 (from Canada)
Troy Crabtree won Mini (from Washington)
