The rear wing is way to high to be legal. For a Roar event

Try running the stock Mazda 6 wing and pass ROAR rules.....Im sure the wing is over sized for club racing like every other body out there so you can trim it to fit with in the rules.

that's a nice body .. who cares about it being ROAR legal ... so what ... all you have todo is trim that wing down .. or just run it . club racing should do that body well .. im sure every track out there is a roar sactioned track ...

why is it when something comes out .. theres always . the ROAR thing ????
sorry just venting ...
if its the wing height .. then design a lower upright to mount it too ... STILL that body looks sweet ...

Good eye...

The mold has been changed since the prototype body was painted and photographed. We did lower the rear wing mounts slightly. It's a very deep wing, so it can be trimmed down for ROAR races or left high for club racing. Bodies were sent off today for ROAR approval. They are available now.

I guess it is a rubber tire body by the looks of it. How does it handles?

Hi dodgeguy-

Actually it's pictured on foam tires. Most of the testing has been on rubber... very good feedback so far with very neutral and stable handling.

Awesome! I used to call and get McAllister catalogs back in the day - when I had an original-issue Grasshopper and my 'charger' was a Tamiya plug connected by wires to alligator clips on a car battery! Nice to see you guys have 'returned' The body looks nice too!

I guess your focus is only in the 190mm and not the 200mm shell as well... To bad... Good luck though and I hope your new Lexus IS body proves to be a success...

Hi mb racer-

Can't say that we've tested rubber on carpet. Lot's of rubber on asphalt and foam on asphalt. If you give it a try, we always like feedback.

Frank-

You've obviously been around for a while...we actually have never stopped making bodies, over 25 years now. Our focus changed a little in the 90s, but we're back at it now with a great dealer network of our own that nobody can take away from us this time. Good to hear from you.

rc_alan-

Looking at our website, I'd say you're right. We'll have to fix that and get after some 200mm bodies. We have one of the largest selections of bodies available, if not the largest....if I could line up 100 mold makers today I could give them all a job, unfortunately it's just me and my two hands....better get back to work!
