Default Mvp with quad 19t arm?

At my local track the only rule for 19t is it must have a 19t arm. My stock arm is nearly dead so I'm thinking about just buying a reedy 19t quad arm and putting it in my mvp. Anybody done this before?

On another note, anyway to hit 5 minutes with 2400's in 19t. 4 amp charge with 20mv cutoff?

I doubt it would work correctly. The comm is the larger 9mm comm, so the brushes hoods are spaced slightly different, not to mention the arm was specifically designed to work with quad mags. Why not just buy the whole quad motor?

Sure, I've made runtime on a huge outdoor track, geared to the moon on old 2000's and came in second ahead of a factory guy. Just be smooth and carry your speed and you'll do fine. .

EddieO - I'd rather run a frankenstein.

Sushi Boy - Cool, I'll give it a shot.
