Does anyone know how to convert the different shock oil weight system? i.e., is 30wt oil the same as 300 oil? Thanks!

for a lot of companies yes it is the same
,ugen uses 600 for 60 wt. and so and so forth same with kyosho i think

Just remember, that there's no standards. So 40 wt from one company, aint the same viscosity as a 40 wt from another company. So stay at one brand with all your viscosity's.

Totally wrong, there is a standars for both static and dynamic viscosity. It's just that no company uses it, nor does they care about telling us if their viscosity is dynamic or static.
