First car was a gold pan RC10 with a Futaba Magnum Junior radio and an Astro Flight charger. It was a Christmas present, and a big deal at the time because my parents didn't have a lot of extra cash to throw around. My dad purchased it at Racers Haven Hobbies in Bakersfield, I used to love going in there when I was a kid. Very fond memories from that time period.

First hobby grade car was the Traxxas Blue Eagle LS2. I bought it used from the local rc track sometime in 1993. First new car was the Traxxas SRT. I bought it about a year later. About 3 years ago I bought a SRT and occasionally race it to this day.

Think it was around 2003/4 and was a new Losi XXX-4 (standard edition as the G+ wasn't out yet) Had the Novak SS5800 in it as no-one else back then had brushless kits.

Traxxas Rustler with mechanical speed control. Futaba Attack II stick controller. Had the sting engine but was quickly upgraded to a Trinity Topaz.

Mine was a Grasshopper in the mid 80s. Just recently took up the hobby again and now have a Tekno SCT, 48.2, and a few mini rc cars.
