It looks like its between the JRs and the Hitechs. What is the warranty period on the Hitechs? I can order those tomorrow but I will have to wait on ordering the JRs next week.

Hitec is one year warranty. The jr is 3. The hitec is what i"m running in my 8T
right now. 5955 tg........... tg stands for titanium gears This is a good thing as it's extra strong. I love both so get the tecs now and the jr's later for back up. These are definatly the two best for truggy IMHO

I run two identical setups in my truggy and buggy and I can tell you this..... learn to use restrictors.

Reason 1- Gas mileage
Reason 2- WAAAYYYY to much power to drive around a track pointing forward

Hitec 5955Tg is one of the best servos out there. You can get them for $89.99 at Donald's Hobby

No problem for the heads up. Anything to help fellow hobbyist save some money. I paid the same price as you when I bought a couple of the Hitec 5955tg servos from Tower. I did a search for a few days and stumbled upon Donlad's Hobby. They have the best price for Hitec servos. They price match too. Now I buy all my servos from Donald's hobby.

I burned up one of my older Hitec 5955tg servos. I e-mailed Hitec and they responed very quickly. They told me to download, print and fill out a form to send in with the damaged servo.I sent the damaged servo and completed form to them and in about 5 days I received a new 5955TG. Now that is great service.

I went with the Hitech 5955's. I picked them up brand new from a guy getting out of the hobby. I got 2 of them for $120.00 still in the boxes. Thank for all the replies.
