Wink Novarossi help??

I am getting a Mugen Mbx7 very very soon!! I was thinking of going reds motors but it's to much $$$ so I'll be going Novarossi. I need help choosing a motor with the best power delivery and flue mileage so I can run races without refilling to often, and I need help choosing the best pipe to go along with it. Thanks guys.

Check out RBUSA.com. Their engines are made in the same plant as Nova's.

I'm running a 21 plus-4C team. Great smooth bottom end and really screams. getting 10-12 minutes of runtime. Plenty of torque too clear small run up jumps too.

Go on the engine forums and read the threads there.
They contain the information you are looking for. We see this same thread started twice a week.

What do you mean refilling to often. You will need to be a very good engine tuner to get good fuel mileage with out the risk of over heating/running lean.

Fusion X3 lightning or fusion x5 race from http://houstonsengineservice.com/
Novarossi quality built at the factory with different sleaves, cranks and blocks. Power to spare and great run time. 10 minute stops in my MBX7 are no problem.

I have been an OS man for the past few years. I drove a friends mbx7 that had a BTT world champ along with a 2096ss and 41021 manifold. I loved it. Butter smooth power delivery, very linear, more than my OS I felt. I cant speak for mileage as we didnt put it on the clock but the way it put the power down. I wouldnt rule out a P5. I did something I never do and bought a used one from a friend. Plenty of power and I feel with a little more work I can do 10 minute pits. I have several friends that can already get 10 minute pits out of there P5's. Good luck.
