Mini RC Racing, Reading PA!

Do you have a club thread on MZR? I've seen posts on there from "bevo" on there in regards to a South Eastern Ohio club... is that the one you run with?
Sounds like a really good crew, ours are a lot alike! We have around 9 WideLs and all kinds of extras for the RCP. We tried using most of it for the one East Coast Regional we had but some of the racers said it was just too big so we shortened it. It was probably twice the size of the one in the pic (that was from our PN Regional a few years back).
Did you ever run a BTE yet? Here's a link that should explain everything:

You guys should do it... 10 minute mains get pretty intense!

We are running ours on the 30th of December, clubs can run there races whenever they want, you just have to have your times uploaded to the site before the 3rd of January.
Here's our preliminary event link on MZR:

You just need your club leader to be confirmed as an HFAY Judge and get your club registered on our howfastareyou.com website and you're ready to go. The instructions, requirements, rules and tech regulations are all on the HFAY website. Pretty straightforward and easy to join up.
We've had some great battles and very close races with people from all over! The BTE Events are our favorites!

Here's our results from the Big Track Event 9:

We did pretty well! We had a good clean A-main and it really helped us! Already looking forward to the BTE 10 in June! Didn't see the racers from HK on there for this one and our UK friends missed out too... hope they get back in it for the next one! I still think it's awesome that we just raced with clubs from as far away as Sweden and Australia... without traveling!
Thanks again guys... great racing!

Raceday February 24th in Reading PA ?...
Still not absolutely sure about this date due to my schedule at work but I'll have a better idea by the 15th. Worst-case scenario... if we can't do the 24th of Feb, we'll be running March 3rd.
Oh, and in case you are wondering why Z racers love their scale of racing so much... check this out:

Wow... I haven't updated this in a while!
Well, we've been busy here at RMZR. A few new dedicated racers and everyone turned up their skills a notch! We also took 2nd and 3rd Place down at the 4hr Enduro at Remnant Racing in Maryland... 1800+ laps!!! (whew!) Great road trip... two teams, 5 drivers from RMZR.
So, to keep you all in the loop if there are any lurkers out there...
We will be racing the Sunday, the 21st of April. We will be on a stricter schedule for our two classes of racing so we can really crank the laptimes out. I open up at 9am, we'll start qualifying by 11am and we'll go into the heats by 12noon. It will more than likely be solo runs to qualify everyone (no excuses to be had whatsoever).
So if you're in the area, love pure On-road racing, and you are not running with us?... well, shoot me a PM and get skilled!

Hellooooo?...
(insert crickets here)
haven't been on here in a while (once again) but our little club is still going and growing one good racer at a time! We have also upgraded out timing sytem with a new robo announcer and an extra monitor above the track for real-time race data viewing.
Once again, anyone interested... contact me.

Sounds great, but I have one 'big' problem. I run 1/10th scale cars :/
