Lipo non aproved for mod Touring car, just for off-road.

Anyone confirms this.

Yes this is true

2009 we will have for first time
Indoor 1/10th EC
Indoor 1/12 EC Spec

spec motor will be 10.5 brushless (only sensored)

Within the week minutes of the AGM will be published

That's because lrp is a EFRA's associated. Nevertheless you can plug a sensor wire in a GM

To tell you the truth I don't know. Rules were taken by ROAR so LRP didn't "ask" for them (Orion was present so it wouldn't be so easy to do so )

Sure about Lipo only allowed in offroad?

Off road 6 cells 7.2 V
On road 5 cells 6V

Lipo are 7.4.

Would it be a reason why lipo only for offroad?
Too much power with lipo in on road?

They have been trying to pcuh the power down with
5 cells now if they go lipo It s opposite way.

That s only my opinion. Does it make sense?

I fully agree that running lipo is really nice.

Here are some protocols from the AGM meeting.

Looks like Lipos are allowed in all electric classes. Max cap. 5500 mah and rules similar to ROAR.

At the common electric minutes there is only description of how lipo should be manufactured.
On the other hand at the off road minutes it says that LIPO bateries can be used as opitonal
