Default EDIT: Will this battery + charger work with a Jammin 1/8 Buggy?

i want to get a set of tires and wheels for the street/parking lots/etc when i order my jammin RTR off tower hobbies.

What are some good wheels and tires?

those are offroad tires and for that price you could get pre mounted pro-line tires that would perform much better in the dirt. If you are bashing I say get the pro-line badlands. If you go to a track you can't go wrong with the proline crimefighters or bowties (best to see what the local racers run) I would recomend the pro line road rage tires for street driving. But it sounds like form your other post you are buyinh a jammin rtr. I would say to run the kit tires on the street and pick up some good dirt tires like mentioned above. The rtr kit tires work in the dirt but not as good as race style tires and since you are just bashing in the street it doesn't really matter what you run.

i heard from a guy at the hobby shop that if you run offroad tires on the street they'll be trash in a tank of gas.

they will be trash in the dirt because all the nobs will be worn off and the tires will be slick like those on road tires.

where do you want to have a better handling car in the dirt or the street?

since your noob you should buy premounts because you will need to learn how to properly mount tires.
