Well... a couple of years ago at the RC Pro Series race I tumbled down the back straight, bounced into the air, and hung it by one wheel in the chainlink fence. Does that count?
I normally put it on my "car stand" (an old REVO wheel/tire) on the bench. No hanging.

That's where I got mine from in the UK as seen in here.
Stainless steel little tweek and they clip right on to the wishbones (close to chassis), don't leave any good engines in car when like this though

Car stand of spare 40series tires.
Hanging can have adverse effect's like collecting all the 1/2 burnt fuel at the back plate and or collecting at the front bearing slowly eating away at the seals.....rest them off the wheels on a stand of some sort and your car will be happy for year's to come.

I use coat hooks. Take the motor out so the fuel thats left in it wont go to the front bearing. I left my engine on for a quick pic.
Take 2 hooks and measure the hooks with the back arms of the buggy/truggy.
mount it on the wall, hook the buggy/truggy on it and make sure it sits right on the hooks. I got some pics of my buggy hanging on the wall with the hooks.
