Alright so nitro outdoor will be here soon enough. But I have been wondering... Should I give my 5t one more season outdoor or is it time to upgrade? People, how do the two compare and is the 5t still fairly competitive (in comparison to the 6t)?

from what i understand the 6t is better on big tracks with big jumps... where as if you are on a tight 10th style track it will not matter as much.

the 5t is stronger than the 6t imo

I actually ran both for some time and i can tell you the 6T is night and day comparison to the 5t. It does everything better and turns great. Not to say the 5t still wouldnt be competetive but if you can swing it get the 6

I also ran both quite a bit, and the 6t is just a race truck compared to the 5t. It turns so much better that you can actually drive it alot like a buggy insted of Dukes of Hazzard style trying to get that old 5t to rotate. I couldn't be happier with my 6t, but it did take me awhile to find the set up that worked for me.
