Thats strange I ordered two receivers, a hat and a T-Shirt and I got them in two days.
Maybe you should try again and maybe call them directly.
Hope this helps

If you are in Japan, can't you have one of your friends translate it for you? I hope someone here is kind enough to upload the manual in .pdf form. If my scanner was working, I would.

ok, so another update on KO's customer service.

as i stated the radio glitched bad, i sent it in and was told it was
dirt and grime causing this. so i paid 22 bicks to have it cleaned
and shipped back.

somewhere in shipping the battery cover broke and it was returned with
a less then new looking antenna which did not work as it did when i
sent it.

i contacted KO just to let them know. they then responded that if the
battery was broke in shipping it to them then the little piece would
have been in the packaging. also the antenna was mine so they say.
ok so if the antenna is mine then KO is extremely rough and carless
with customers products and the fact that they come of as if they are
on another level then you is ridiculous. i'm this close to never using
KO products again as well as bashing them anytime i ever hear the name
wish is a complete 180 from how i used to push the hell out of their
products.

i never asked for a new battery cover although i did ask for my antenna
back.

last time i sent the radio in there was a discoloration on the screen
, as if you pushed your finger against it and held it there. i was told
it was caused by some grease (the radio was brand new out of the
package then) and they would clean it. funny thing is there was no
freggin grease on the stupid thing and it came back exactly the same as
it left with the discoloration.

i emailed them back once again and if the same guy comes across with
such a poor attutude then you guys will from this day forward see a KO
hater on the grid. such a shame really cuz the radio really was a good
one. hopefully customer service will come around at least half as good
as the radio.

Yep. I already have a Mars 2000 edition (it's kinda old.. LOL) and a bunch of receivers so I don't want to buy a complete radio system when I'm just going to stick all my recievers in a box in a couple months.

Thanks for the suggestion but the translation just gets garbled and the words/explanations are different. It is a shame cause i feel i am missing out on all the cool functions (which was why I bought it)

Anyway if anyone is having a surge of kindness or even a touch of pitty, feel free to pdf me a copy

I just mailed ko again so maybe they will help.

thanks
