Actually most of the U.S. is metric nowadays, except for a few exceptions...R/C being one of them, .
Fullsize cars have been using metric fasteners for years now.
Still gallons in the tank and miles on the Odometer though. Maybe we'll see litre' on our gas guages once the price goes over $5.00 a gallon here......That way it'll only be about a $1.25 a litre.....LOL.....Jim

Mod for Corally plugs on battery bars
It's been quite awhile since I posted this so here goes again.
- I bend Deans 2 battery connectors at the middle
- File a groove (valley) right down the center of the connector with a small round file
- Tin the groove with solder
- Place a Corally connector and solder while holding in place with pliers
This will give you the most clearance using Corallys (or Trinitys) and really looks clean.

Dots on Shock Caps
For the life of me, I haven't figured an instruction in Step E-02 out. Maybe someone knows?
Why are the dots on the Shock Caps supposed to tell us the shock's orientation from right side (one dot) to left side (two dots)? Seems as though having one dot in the front and two dots at the rear (front-to-back) makes far more sense than knowing side-to-side.

yes Bill, the instructions read 1 dot left and 2 dots right, but 1 dot front and 2 dots rear made more sense to me so that is the way I built the shocks for both of my cars.
