I have a NTC3 with a Megatech M-16 engine in it, I recently had to replace the 2 speed clutch housing, 2 speed pinion gears and plastic "shaft" gears...I went to start it up earlier,by pulling on the pull start all 4 tires are controlled through the pull before the engine cranks,I never had this happen before.... could there be a problem with anything?

Did you use the right number of spacers when you built your clutch? Clutch bell should freewheel.

I changed the bearings on the fly wheel and added some spacers,I also had the pinion gears way to close to the spur gears as well as the transmission was way to tight with the allen head screw. It free wheels now,thanks for the help.
