The electric offroad nats the the Hobby Plex in Omaha will be off the hook. If you haven't been there this is your chance to see one of the nicest facilities in the country. They hosted the carpet nats this past spring and now they get to represent on their offroad side

This is going to be a great year for the midwest for sure.

If anyone has any questions about The Plex fire away.

This year was up and down. We started out strong and then it all but disapeared the last month or so.

Next year when we do night racing on Thursdays I have a feeling the turnout will be better, especially now that we have the nats.

I think it's pretty fair, it has been a while since we have had a NATs this close.

I'm not questioning the fairness of it, I'm just wondering if I want to take a weeks vacation to fly to Nebraska in the middle of the summer. Are there any pics of the track and facility around somewhere? What about pitting, inside, outside, etc?

Just trying to get a better idea of the facility.

I was there in march for the carpet nats and I have to say that this is one of if not the best facility in the country.

www.hobbyplexraceway.com

Most will probably pit inside since we have 175 indoor, 4-foot pit spaces, each with its own power hookup. But there is enough room around the building for outside pits as well as campers.

The Plex is was purpose built to house these kind of events.

Plus, June 18th isn't the middle of summer. One of the reasons I wanted to hold the event in June was to miss the stupid heat and humidity of July and August.
