He means a reamer a few thousandths bigger that the hInge pin. Super smooth action with no slop you might get from a drill bit. Available on most machine tool websites...prob eBay too.

Problem
With those reamers is they require a back and forth action to ream the hole. Won't work with arms that have a captured hinge pin (smaller or no hole on captured end) the reamers I'm referring to work by spinning and will ream up to the capture point.

I’m converting my Rc10B5 to a B5M. I’m using ASC’s conversion kit that comes with the 4 gear transmission setup. I just hit an odd point in the top bearing. The B5 uses a 6x12x4 (pn25238) bearing but they don’t fit in the 4 gear case. Looking at my B5M_lite book on the 3 gear it’s using a 5x10x4 bearing. It seems like that size could fit but the kit didn’t come with them. I cant see what I’m missing here.

There was a running change to the tranny case. It now uses a 5 x 10 bearing

Oh crap Wildcat I hope I don't need the new shaft... That would leave 2 spare MIP's that would no longer work. I was hoping on driving down to Schelle to get the bearings but if your right I'm screwed for tomorrows track time.

------UPDATE ---on B5Nation
Nolan Anderson No, there was a mistake and the kits received the new transmission case on accident, I can send the older one to fit the top shaft that uses the 6x12 bearings.

Any advice/opinions on getting a broken screw out of the wheel hex? I wasn't paying attention and over tightened the screw and it broke in half. Now half the screw is in the wheel hex and i can't get it out.
