Here is a Falcon, when they modified their OS based mills, pretty sweet job with a nice transition to the outer sleeve surface. Hopefully Maxima has progressed to this point. Either way, I know we could easily fill 20+ pages in a new thread just dedicated to porting and polishing etc.

I have not seen the inside of the new RF1512P Falcon yet, but i am sure its similar.

On the VZ-b was the it not shallower, and you could see the liner coating "overspray" on the chamfer?

V-spec is what the Falcon Evo was based on

IMO it is factory done...... However it may not be...either way it has no effect on performance, the engine would behave the same way whether it was there or not...

why waste your time buying somethin that no one in the USA will carry just get spec three or b2102 it you arent going go any faster than stock and you modders out there can disagree me 100% and the only thing modding does is shorten the life of your engine seen done and moved on!!!

Not true nessesarily. A modified engine can increase the RPM and power it produces which can wear the engine more than sock. But a reputable engine modifier can negate a lot of those effects with a lapped pistons and such. I have one of Neal's modded engine that has 9 gallons on it that has never been re pinched or had a bearing change and it still runs great. Not all modded engines are created equal imo
