Hi, I have an Axial SCX10 II, Jeep Wrangler. I bought the Knight Customs front and rear inner fenders. I can't for the life of me determine how to mount the front fenders. Between the shock and the frame? Or behind the shock, mounted directly to the frame?

Please help!

Not sure if the Knight Customs one are similar to the GRC ones that I bought, but here's my video on installing the GRC fenders.

Hi soze,

I saw those pics last night. The front fenders look the same. The fenders didn't ship with any screws though, so I wasn't sure. The single screw in the pic is not stock. I think the parts bag that came with the Axial RTR may contain some screws, I'll have to check. Do you know what size screws those might be?

The one on the skid area is m3 size maybe 6mm (m3x6mm)? It's short though, because the side rails screw in from the bottom using the same hole. The top shock post ones are also m3 size. Maybe m3x8mm, m3x10mm or m3x12mm will work.

You shouldn't have to. The plastic should be soft enough for it to self thread. The original shock side was the same way if I recall.
