I LOVE it ! I'm also very happy we can use the pro compound belted X pattern tires... The D compound get so deformed And 7 min races are a great idea... I can't wait for this series.... Thanks Jeff !

Hey Minimus, I'm sure you've already heard this... but, good show at the Turkey Race!!!

Brushed 27T or brushless 17.5 motors are allowed in this series.

Question: What is the difference between the Protoform Mazda 6 body and Tamiya NSX body?
Answer: The Tamiya NSX Body is allowed in RCGT!

(Personally, I think the NSX and IFS bodies should not be allowed as those are really designed to be "racing" bodies. But then, I won't be complaining ... Time to dust off the TCS gear! )

Jeff... thanks for adding brushed motors. Some of us are still too poor to buy a 2nd brushless setup...

Chris...

Hi Guys,

I've received a number of inquiries classes and motors. To clarify things, the motors allowed will be brushless 17.5 and brushed 27T. These should be over the counter motors with no modifications applied to them.

Also, we'll have an expert and sportsman RCGT class.

Feel free to PM or email me with questions.

Cheers,
Jeff

Heads up for RCGT.

Hpi will be providing official RACE NUMBER Plates for all series participants. There will also be Mandatory placement of the numbers so it will be official. You will now have the choice to pick a number and you will have that number for the series.

Numbers taken:
9
44

For the rest of the numbers, you may register it on the first day of the series which is DEC. 14th at the 10th Annual Toys 4 Tots Race.

Charlie this not fair. You posted registering your number on the first day of the series not the first one to ask for a number. I won't say who but my favorite number has been asked for already! It's too bad the GRX or the Momoth Car never had a number! Snake Oiler's car did. So did the moulage. Those were bad guys though. I know, I know, I complain alot!

Only Speedtech, Me and Hebiki get to reserve our numbers first. i mean...there are 97 other numbers to choose from....
PLUS...i didn't think you were interested in RCGT...were you? its not that you complain a lot...you just comment on everything.....even if you don't run the class normally. =P
