Hi

I just pulled my Hyper 12 out of my G4JS and it had oil on some of the clutch parts that i thought was weird. It was on the clutch weight and the clutch pad itself. At first i thought it might have been the front bearing, but i couldn't see an evidence on the bearing or the flywheel. Any ideas????

Maybe i should give it another go and try and tune it better with the Nova carby.

first of all,how hot is going?
after that,if you read this thread you will see that the carb usually leak.just seal it.than that go with the stock settings in the carb and go for there.

hmm this engine has been a nightmare even to me.... acording to the thread maybe the bubbles in the fuel line are caused because the carb is leaking(had the same problem). use a nova carb. start reading this thread from the begining and your problem will be solved(partly or fully maybe*hate this engine*).

What I know that the Nova carb will cost me 1/2 of the price for the Hyper 12 engine ..... will it worth to change it ??

my opinion is no. just change the engine. it will (as to tuning and will be less problematic)be much easier to just chage.

Bro, I just brought the Hobao Hyper GPx4 RTR and not even run a round in the track and I'm newbies so it just too much for me to get an other engine .....

which is the carb that I need to change as per the photo the whole set of the carb or the gold color one as per the photo.

the carb is seen in the photo on the left, the gold colour one is not a carb, but a cylinder!!

no do not think that its the cylinder. if your engine still has compresion then a new cylinder is not needed. i believe that its the carbs false.

everyone says that a nova carb will work so my novarossi's carb number is:
#10608
hope this helps
