robitronics anybody ever deal with them?

I have a scalpel,that is in need of a $1.40 part,that has been on back order for 120 days, I sent them an e mail,and no reply. has anyone ever delt with them,or lead me in the right direction on how to get ahold of them.

haha, i'm waiting for that also. this place has them but it cost more and is out of the country, but they'll ship anywhere.
