Are Ceramic Bearings recommended for brushless motors?
or do most brushless motors already come with ceramic bearings?

Since bearing losses increases with rpm, I figured the best bearings should be in the components that rotate the fastest. Less expensive bearings can be used in slower spinning components without much detriment.
For a B44
motor: about 30,000 rpm
spur shaft: 19t pinion/ 84t spur x above = about 6800 rpm
diff and caster/steering blocks: above / 2.5 internal gear ratio = about 2700 rpm

I am still running brushed motors but are the bearings the same size between the two?

YES!!! Either that one or the Much More one is a must have for Feigao/Orion bl motors. I dont have one yet, hence the reason I cant get the front bearing out of my Orion OR Speed Passion motors. I dont know if they come from the factory like that or if its just heat that fuses the bearing in to sensor board, but theyre next to impossible to get out.
