1) Don't ever call me at 10:15 at night.
2) Your quotes are lies but I did refuse when he asked if he could just return everything. Reason being, I returned a paypal payment from another buyer to STICK TO MY WORD TO YOU.
3) I sold you what you came by to inspect. Not only that, I gave you extra parts that were not listed in the ad.
4) My premise is that you tryed to resell the other parts with it and since you were unsuccessful, you want your money back (I saw the ad up just an hour or so after you left my house).
5) DO NOT EVER CALL ME A LIAR. I represented the ad accurately.
6) You are the one stating falsehoods. When you called me, you said it was a different engine, now you list it as a cheap 3 port engine (Which it is not).
7) How dare you expect me to take something back two days after you have had it at your house and you admittingly had your friend "Check it out." Before you came to my house, I didn't know you from Adam. Now you expect me to give you your money back. You got a GREAT deal, in great condition.
8) Bug off.

Wait, so why did you lie about it being a Novarossi p5 or did you?
And are you saying that he bought this buggy and then tried to sell it?

Default NOt happy with deal

I bought the local so I dont know what he was talking about payment me betting the other guy to the punch, but my main concern was since I was going from electric to gas, I trusted that what ever he said was right on the parts. after showing my friend the engine which was noted in the post as bing a Novarassi p5, I discovered its a jp lx.21. I called kevin since he said to call for any reason and explained it to him and he agreed. I asked him for $20 difference since Novarassi is the know for engines and I never heard of JP. His reaction was he laughed in my face and said its not going to happen. I explaind I am not asking to return the deal just $20 because we both did not know it was different. He pretty much said No ur out of luck. He said I had a chance to look at it and yes I did but I did not think someone was trying to mislead someone.

Default .

just asked him for $20 back since the engine was not a novarassi, is it wrong to buy a kit and sell the parts you don't need? Did I list the car for sale?
