the last pic, the clear wing is how the entire top of the body is, those scratches in the clear of the body. (wouldn't capture in a photo, but it's there). Must of been on it's roof alot!
Is the body tore up, no. Does the body have scratches, scuffs and missing the paint from the normal "wear" areas, yes.
My problem was the claim of a new body and it wasn't. I attempted to try to work it out, it didn't work.

Thanks for the offer of help, but it could have been worse and not have shipped it to me. Alot of people get screwed by not getting the stuff they paid for. He shipped fast and communicated, which is alot more than some people do.
Just ticked me off that he didn't man up. This was the original PM back after I told him about me being unhappy:
Birdy I am sorry you were unhappy with the truck. It really was used a dozen times in my front yard. I never said I raced with it. As far as the body is concerned there was absolutly nothing wrong with it. And that motor that I included in the truck was a $65.00 modified motor which I never even cut the comm yet. So I really think you got a nice truck with some extras for a nice deal. Our opinions are definitly varying. I am a reasonable guy. What can I do to make you happy?
Take care of it or not, I can sleep good with my deals I have made. Plus the Bulls are up 2-0 on the Heat!!!!!!!!!!

New is new, used is used. If you say new, it means new.
You mentioned the truck has been run a dozen times, and that a new, custom painted body is included.
Now, to ME, the way you separate describing the 2, MY brain assumes you ran the truck a dozen times, but *NOT* with the new, custom-painted body.
Again, this is what I gather reading your listing...
Now that THAT is over with, too many people are in here talking smack.
Let these two work it out, and butt the heck out, until there is a resolution or non-resolution. I'm not calling anyone out, well, because I don;t need to - it's obvious
You are NOT helping birdy out in ANY way, because you're gonna ended up pissing off HRC to the point where he'll say F-You, and personally, I wouldn't blame him. None of your business (YET) and you haven;t even seen the body.
Let them work it out - if Birdy gets an unsatisfactory final result, then that's a different story. Birdy put up good pictures, and HRC sounds like a decent individual.

As from the start, I could have received nothing, item was received quickly. I posted to make sure that future deals with HRC, that people will ask questions and he will make an accurate description of items posted. No need to give out names and addresses for something so minor in a F* Up world! All is good

Oh, and HRC, I really don;t think anyone gives a squat what you make/drive/do - not being rude or mean, just being honest. The CEO of my company, who makes WELL into the 7 figures, he's got a nice SL55, and, um, a Hyundai SUV, so, that really doesn't matter
What matters, is that you and Birdy come up with a solution between yourselves.

I have been An ALLSTATE AGENT for 7 years. And own my own Allstate Insurance Agency. Which is a Corporation. I will refund back $35.00 to Birdy but no thanks to you its because of the pictures. I really did only use it a couple of times but dont remember the body looking that bad..
