We were lucky this year as we didn't have any washouts which we had to reorganise. As it has been in the past we didn't finish till October normally. You have to have that option built in, "the just in case factor" which most don't even think about.

REMINDER
Just a reminder to all clubs that 4th of November is the closing date for clubs that would like to host a round of Challenge Cup next year.
If we don't get enough clubs then the event will not go ahead for 2013. There could be a chance for clubs that would not normally be able to have an event next year to have a chance if other clubs do not want to run. Please send your application in ASAP plus clubs need to fill in the questionnaire to give us an idea on what you would like changed for next year.
Regards

We would love to host a round out here, but still gotta get our venue nailed down. Also, I assume AARCMCC affiliation is a necessity to host a round?

The dates for each of the four events next year are:
April 14th
June 9th
August 18th
October TBA
Any other information will be in out in the next few weeks once we work out order and venues.

How many clubs have shown interest so far trev?
As for whalan id say it's dead and buried. Darrin Campbell announced a few months ago he was in talks with brad about holding a Sydney grand prix. I haven't heard a peep since.
Pretty pumped for CC 13, it's great to venture out to clubs you wouldn't normally visit, and it's just an allround great event.
