Thank you everyone for being so patient. We want to release the best possible kit we can.

Thanks,

Thanks for the update! Better to say it us running a little later than expected than to leave us in the dark! Can't wait to get my 2 kits right after Christmas!

E.J. will the Rebel kits be available from the TOP USA web store or would it be best to e-mail TOP USA direct?
I think Christmas will be coming twice this year.

What size servos can be used in the rebel? Mini or standard size?

I'm using a Futaba 9650, although a 9602 would fit fine too (both mini)

Thanks for the info.

The KO is pretty expensive, where else the Futaba reasonable priced.

Will a standrad size servo work at all?

I'd stay away from standard size, you don't need the torque it has and it would take up a lot of real estate and there is already limited room for electronics on a 1/12 scale.

Savox makes a nice micro with metal gears for about $65, 1257mg if I recall

the Savox 1257 and 1357 are both min sized and about 49.99 from the online retailers. I have the 1357 in my cars and have been very happy with it.

It sucks that the kit is coming out so late. I needed it for the Birds and have never run 1/12th before so i needed wheel time. I picked up a REV6 and will pass on the Rebel now. I was one the waiting list for 2.

My savox uses futaba, but the only one I have right now is a touring car servo, no 1/12 scale yet
