I agree and the worst part of it is that I loved the car. They could at least let an aftermarket company have a license and the tooling to continue to produce the parts. Someone like 3 racing or RPM.

That's funny...NOT, Why didn't they do this to me. Do you guys even know what happened. Doesn't sound like it. I know you guys may have owned cars but this is just stupid. It was stated many times what happened. Nobody reads the threads, they just post. Serpent was not the first company that had to discontinue a car, they won't be the last either. Why do you guys act like they were. How's the parts supply for the first or second generation Mugens, Kyosho's, Serpent's, Associated's, HPI's. When I drove my HPI Proceed for Delta something happened to that parts supply, Nobody wished them going out of business.

I guess I should been more clear. I am not in for wishing them out of business. I love my S400, but what good is it? I feel like I've been stood up after investing good money. I cannot in good faith purchase another car from this company. While I know that Serpent is not the first nor the last company to have to discontinue a car. You must admit that the demise of the S400 is very premature. The car would still be competitive if racers could get parts.

Nothing, they just can't supply parts to two cars that they would like to. The other line up of cars has a strong supply of parts. Their golden, , they have several new cars coming out soon.

I agree, the S400 is/was a great car. What happened with that parts supply should not happen again. Serpent has made a change so that its very unlikely anything like that will happen to their newer lineup of cars. If they made such a great handling car, why would you hold that against them. They could do it again, and I am sure they will. I am counting on it.

It's on their website. They have the S120 link car coming out, The 966 electric 1/8th car and also the 1/10th onroad GT car, and it looks like the 1/8th off road buggy coming out.
