Yeah, TCS is 5000mah limit too. I was planning on getting one of the 40c packs, but I mayhave to wait.

Car manufacturers have been aware of the ROAR max case size for over a year now so they can make the proper changes to there cars to make the packs fit.

I never heard of a capacity limit before today unless your racing in a spec class. The ROAR rules with case size limit and safety tests should be what tracks use.

Any release info on this pack? .... thanks

Please keep in mind that the motor will surge as much as 2500Watt @22.2Volts.
As for runtime guys are looking for 5000 to 6000mah 11.1Volts (@ 40C)

Thanks for looking in to this.

Alex

Greetings,

We have 40C+ / 5000 flight packs coming out. One will be a 3S(11.1V) pack and will have the following dimensions H26mm x W44mm x L162mm.

This pack should fit the Revo.

The case dimensions posted on the first page come straight from the drawings of the case so that will be the size. The wires will come out on top like our current cases.

Oh man 8000 mah packs that fit the e revo would be
Awesome. I known allot of people that would be
Estatic. That truck has a pretty large following and quality
8000's are hard to come by. The slash could also use these

Do you have the dimensions of an 8000/7.4 that fits the Revo ? I also need the C rate.

Danny, is there a reason why the mah's go up when the C rating goes up? because from what I see it requires a bigger case? I am asking because it would be nice to have a higher C rating and have them fit the 4000 28c case(20.5mm) for the T2 008 without modifying the topdeck.

We have drivers using the 5000 in the T2 008 they just rest the pack against the topdeck. This has worked very well for them.

Typically capacity goes down when you increase C rate. Recently there has been some breakthroughs on materials that have allowed the C rate to go up while keeping the capacity the same. Our supplier has found a way to increase the capacity while keeping the size and C rate the same so this is why our 40C+ pack is now a 5200.

The 4000/28C will get replaced by the 40C+ EFRA pack when it becomes available. This pack will be a 4200.

Will the dimensions be the same?
