Jammin
CHim CHim this has also happened to one of my Jammins. It still works fine and won' t fall out but it gives a lot of movement to the wheel.

I may have a fix for the broken kingpin problem. I have found two reasons that support
the cracking on these pins. The first one is that there is some play on the wheel hub
adapter.(pull your wheel forward and back while holding the lower arm). This play allows
the wheel to move lateraly putting excess stress on the lower kingpin(try this and look
at the lower kingpin while you move the wheel, it rocks back and forth on the hub, cracking the pins.)
A narrow shim between the bearing and hub adapter should help remedy the problem. Another thing you can try
is grinding out the narrow bridge that the pin rides on, increasing the surface area inside the hub. What do you guys
think, let me know.

instead of the T-shape kingpin screw, can we use any other screw because there is a big gap between top of the kingpin screw and the cva wheel shaft

finally ran the Jammin'!
Well, I finally ran the Jammin'! We had an informal (no transponders) race night and we all brought buggies. The Jammin' is the first buggy I've ever had that I just slapped on the track and it ripped! I built it right to the manual but I put 35wt shock oil in the front and 30wt in the back. I set 1 degree of negative camer everywhere and set the front toe-in to 0 degrees. The car is pretty dialed just like it is! I can see making some minor adjustments to it but I don't want it to change much - I love it! The car turns awesome on and off power, it's stable and it jumps well. I put 1/2 gallon through it and had a blast. The new motor is still super tight even after 1/2 gallon and I'm having a little trouble with tuning... but I find that's not unusual until they loosen up.
I'm excited about the car! I'd like to go HERE next weekend... they're having a trophy race and the track is huge! The pic doesn't really do it justice... it wasn't complete when that was taken.

i just got my Jammin and will be building it to Adam Drakes "the dirt" setup. I notice he is using 5,10,5 for his diff oils. Can someone explain what the thicker oils will do for me. I used to run an MBX-5 with the standard 5,7,1 oils. I also noticed in the manual it says to fill the diff case up 100%, I normally fill my MBX5's cases up to the top of the cross shaft. Someone fill me in on the right way to do this
