In this spy shot of the lightened outdrives there is something wrapped around the Hinge Pins, or fitted over them. Can anyone tell me what it is and why it's there. I'm guessing it's to protect the open part of the Pin, but why?

You wouldn't happen to know the length of that screw for the wing mod do you?

Thanks in advance...

It looks to be something like the ballstud/ ballcup foams used on the Losi XXX-NT series , used to keep dust and dirt out.

I also had problems finding this information. I have it somewhere now, but what I ended up doing was just taking off the stock piece and lining it up with the new brace. I just placed the inserts in the direction where the holes lined up the same and started from there.

For Buggy and Truggy you want to run 0's on the front end.
1ups for anti squat on the rear of both Buggy and Truggy.
Truggy rear toe, 1's in. Buggy rear toe 0's

Buggy front braces 0's - 0's....rear braces 1up's - 0's
Truggy front baces 0's - 0's....rear braces 1up's - 1in's

Are the stock roller XBT buggy tires any good? What kind of surfaces are they for?

The foams around the hinge pins in between the arms are for keeping dust out as said prevoiusly.

I hope these tires work as good as the truggy XTT. The truggy tires work pretty well on many types of surfaces. Not every single surface of course.

Has anyone tried the setup I posted from rcsetups.com? I would like to hear from those who have tried it.

I'm racing a Mugen Prospec right now and I'm thinkin hard about getting a Losi for this season. You guys think that Losi will come out with an entirely new buggy or just upgrades for the Worlds? I don't really wanna get a brand new car for this season for it to be a new kit altogether for next year.
