Depending on the pack voltages you plan on charging the full Wattage capability of the charger and power supply may not be needed. For example on 2S packs the charger can only achieve 168 Watts per channel (8.4V full charge x 20A = 168W).
In any case don't forget to add an allowance for the charger efficiency. The charger itself uses some power to operate. To be safe add at least 20 to 25% extra.

LOL, bear with me here
Say I have an iCharger 208b, 350w@18volts
But my power supply is 12v 575w 47amps
What does this mean? Will I never be able to achieve the 350watts with this PS, because it is 12volts. Will I be able to charge at the 20amp rate? Does this mean I should be looking for a different power supply?

I just had a look at the specs at the charger, What they mean by 350W @18V is the charger is capable at charging the maximum 20 amps at 18v, (18V x 20 amps =350W)
Charging anything over 18V the amps will start to drop since the charger can only produce 350W. (ie 5S @16.7 amps, 6S @ 13.9 Amps, 8S @ 10.4 amps)
You have nothing to worry about, your power supply is more than capable
Charging anything over 18V the amps will start to drop since the charger can only produce 350W. (ie 5S @16.7 amps, 6S @ 13.9 Amps, 8S @ 10.4 amps)

Whats confusing me is , ya talk to Horizon hobby, Tower , other forums or others. They tell ya dont need a charger with power supply. Those type chargers are for the Pro racers . Then ya come here & its a different story.. IDK ...

I agree on 3S it won't be limited by power but rather the 20A max, as 252W is the maximum power needed (20A x 12.6V).
