Default Loose AA size battery.

Hi guys, I need help on loose AA size battery. I accidently discharge my 1.2v AA size battery to 0.5v each cell. Now it can't really to store charge. May I know do I have any chance to get it back to work? Atleast half of it capacity. This is 700mAh battery. Please advise and thanks.

From my experience once, AA's go down, they stay down. I personally use Duracell 2300 AA's and charge them at .7 amps. They will easily last all practice, quals, and two 30 minute nitro mains.
