All I've seen is about breathing in the smoke. Who else primes their engine before starting it by pulling off the exhaust tube and blowing into it? This is something I've always wondered about.

Now I carry atleast a dozen in different tool box places. I'm young and that is still way too loud over a whole day.
At the midwinters, I was sitting in the crowd watching the pro A and there had to be a dozen little ones with nothing sitting there with no protection

Cancer, I'm sure. There's no way that the fumes are not carcinogenic.
A bigger concern, though, is the fact that at least 75% of the guys I see at the track are chain smokers. Intentionally inhaling smoke will kill you long before the smoke that comes out of a nitro engine's exhaust.
I don't understand. It's not logical at all. If you quit smoking cigarettes, you could probably pay for your hobby each year.
