For the servo horn I installed a stock airtronics horn. I dont really see the need for servo savers in on-road if you are using high end servos.

You only need 1 BD-118T pack for the car. It comes with 2 (3cell) trays.

Well my Yokomo Spool is in the car. Luckily I had a spare set of outdrive bearings. You'll need a set since you have to lightly superglue the aluminum outdrive cups to the outdrives.

they must fix a little loose on the bd, on the tc/bc they are a snug fit and the glue isn't needed.

It would still be a good idea to put a drop of glue on them even if it is a snug fit, just to be sure they dont fly onto your driveshafts and potentially jam stuff up during your run.

One side is snug. It even has a slot to fit a diff ring. But the other side is not. The cup fits on. But wouldn't stay if you just left it there during a race. Plus the other side does not have a ring slot. All I did was add a drop of CA on the tip of a tooth pic. And dropped that into the small "hole" on the cup. Did the same for the other side.

Anyways, gotta rebuild the whole car. It got abused last weekend...

sounds like maybe they are a little different from the ones i had. no slots on mine. btw, just in case anyone wanted to know, they fit the front diff of a tb-02 perfect, no more broken diff outdrives not TCS legal.
