Default Would Like to Try F1

I'm bored of Tc down here in South Florida. Looking for something I can put my Novak 4.5R and get it to go as fast or faster than my TC. Have tried 1/12 but its not what I thought. Trying 1/10 pan cars, and they are OK. But maybe its the F1 that will do it for me...the question is I dont know about these cars and how they work, and which is the right kit for me. Like I said, I need a car that is durable and well made, can handle brushless motor/mod power, and can handle and grip at elast as good or better than TC w/ foam tires. Can these F1 cars work? Are they like 1/10 pan cars in the driving and handling aspecs? I dont want to waste my time and money, that's why I'm asking. Please help...thanks

The d-drive and the F206 are TC killers. The hard part is just deciding which one. I and my teammate have the F201 4wd's and these cars top notch on quality and performance. We just finished an F1 series here so hurry and get one. The F1 Challenge is coming up soon in Calhoun, Ga. and that will give you an F1 fix if nothing else does.

Well if you are not happy with a Brushless in a 1/10th scale pan car then this will mostlikely not be the car for you They are harder to drive than a touring car but faster in a straight line we have had a run of 82.3 mph in our F201SCFPRO II But that was a straight line as well our F201SCFPRO II is fast on the track as well and will hold up to a brushless ok.

OK, let me see if I got this right, you will have a complete d-drive roller, A conversion kit for the F103GT, and this kit would also "update" the older F103 F1? If that is right...WOW! How soon do you think the specs and $ will be available?

OK

I will wait.

For the rear, I can mount my F201 wheels on the existing F103GT setup with little shaving onthe diff side.

Ok I was at work so I couldn't do the Big Explanation ok

Yes There will be a complete roller with Hopup parts Aluminum and carbon Fiber parts.
Then there will be a kit to make a F103GT into a DF1

Then there will be a Kit to take your F103 into a DF1

Last I will sell the Hub parts alone to let your F103 F102 run the F201 Wheels and tires

Last we will have foam tires made for the Tamiya wheels One like a touring car compounds for our 4WD F1 cars and Tires like a pan Car compound for our 2WD F1 cars.

All of the Cad work is done No Price list ($$$) Just yet but I hope to have it all out before Dec 25TH ok

Very, very cool. I really like the idea of giving the old 103's and 102's a new life. Now, how to get the word out to the peeps. I'm sure your bodies are a direct fit. I have two or three 103's here somewhere. This is a big advantage for those cars. Can't wait to see them out again making laps!

Our Body is not a direct fit for the F103 but I have put one on the F103 I used to see how it would fit But if you cut it right it looks good if you order a MLP Body please let me know if it is for a F103 ok I can mark on the clear film on where just to cut it out ok.
