How to set up the Hara Twister 2.2?

I just received a Hara Twister 2.2 in a trade and am trying to figure out how to set it up. I believe I read that the Twister is the same as the Ko Propo VFS-1. Is that true? I looked on Ko Propo's site for instructions but it didn't say anything about how to set it up manually. The only thing their website had was how to set it up with some sort of hand held programmer or by connecting it to a computer.
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to set it up manually?

Nevermind. I figured it out. Turns out Ko Propo had a manual up there after all.
