Jason Fiock ran a Mugen.

As for Atomic, there was contact tucking the left rear part of the body and possibly stripping the camber link free, then he met the wall near top speed.

I want to take a moment and personnally thank all of the sponsors and racers who took part in the 29th Annual Texas Biggie. Without the support of both sponsors and racers this event would not have happened. As it turned out, this may have been one of best Biggies in recent memory. Great weather, great racing, and pretty darn good track and facility, even if I do say so myself.

Our primary sponsors this year were Futaba/ O.S. Engines (3PK Super radio system, an O.S. Engines .12 TZ(P); Serpent USA (Mega ZX21 Race spec class engine), Speedline (TQ Modified .21 engine, bodies, and other raffle prizes) and Mike’s Hobby Shop for some awsome trophies.

Also a big thanks to:

Associated Electronics
Avid Bearings
Bobby Jacks Hobbies:
Byrons Fuel
Delta Manufacturing
Kyosho
Mugen USA
Proline/ Protoform
Parma International
RC America
Rocket Science Fuel
T-Bodz Customs
Team Losi
Bob Ingersoll
Jane Darla
Charlie Junkins
Ray Smith
Doug Darby
...and last but not least...who could forget Sara Parker, the best trophy girl ever!!

THANKS GUYS!!

Cliff McGee
RCRCNT

The anual TEXAS BIGGIE was held this weekend at the RCRCNT TRACK in RENDON, TEXAS. This track has had some problems in the past, but I am very happy to say that all the hard work by Bob Ingersol, and all the guys of RCRCNT has paid off. This track is now ready for some big races.I had agood time this weekend and my 960 was simply awesome!!!!!!! Congrats to Scotty B and Todd B on their fine wins.

I thought the promotional video did an excellent job of explaining the previous condition of the the track and how it was improved. What a phenomenal effort!

Thumbs up

Several people have commented on the awesome trophies that were presented this year. Mike Darnell of Mike's Hobby Shop in Carrolton, TX did an outstanding job on this year’s trophies. To see the trophies, either go to www.rcrcnt.com or here's a link
