Welcome to the thread buddy to answer some of your questions:

1. the stock rear toe is about 3.5-4 degress total, and it can be adjusted with a different rear hub carrier (which reduce it to 2.5-3 degree) and/or offset suspension ball mount, which we should be receiving tomorrow or monday, and I'll find out what are the possible toe-degrees then.

I don't think I'll be making it up north this year...quite a few guys are going though, but they are flying this year, which for me, I rather drive. It doesn't seem like I'll have anyone driving up with me though.

Steve Wang
Sorry to hear you won't be making it up this year, I am going to be in the LA area in early May, Taking the Fam to Disneyland but might have to make a pit stop a little south of there

Just a thought doesnt 4 deg toe in make the car a little twitchey in the rear as well as scrub off speed, I do know it makes it turn in faster but just was thinking that 4 deg is way too much.

Arrow R2 Came In Yesterday Afternoon...

My R2 came in yesterday afternoon!!! It took about 5 hours to complete but wow, this car is awesome. I am running it in right now at about 2.5 volts and the drive train is already soooo smooth. I can't wait to get this thing out on the track!

It does tend to scrub speed but Steve has addressed this with the use of the Offset A-Arm balls or the R1 Rear hubs to lessen' the rear toe

On a side the Barracuda works really well with about 1.5~2.5deg toe best...and the 2.5+ would be better for Carpet

Default R2 SPOOL?

Dave with the Reedy event just around the corner I'm trying to locate a spool for the event. So do you happen to know of anyone who is manufacturing a decent spool for the R2?

Help is very appreciated!

Then it looks like the 6.8mm Offset A-arm balls will do the trick for you
