mom - got my new motor the other day...played around with it this morning, VERY SMOOTH

SHould handle abuse VERY nicely and help the big ol' F350 to climb over just about anything

I'll let you know how it works out on an actual trail (well, I'll do that once the body finally gets done at the painter)

Our visits at the Reedy Race will never be the same without practising at SOCAL Raceway.

Best regards to Slim and the entire crew

Ebi-- Racing will just not be the same without So Cal!

Well round #3 of the '07 JBRL is in the books. Mom had a hard time hearing Jimmy announce so she does not have her normal report of how the Banzai drivers did this weekend. Please post your results so we can all gloat over how awesome Banzai is!

I finished 5th in exp stock buggy after misjudging how slick the stright was for the starts! Never recovered.

I also finished 5th in 4wd mod after qualifying 2nd. I had some radio problems on this large track with the high power lines along the back straight. I was not the only one and there where even guys on spektrum having issues!

I won 2wd mod. My 13X4 was the perfect motor providing smooth power to lay down on the loose top surface but had tons of top end for the 200' straight!

Thanks Scott, Judi and Jason for the great motors.

P.S. That 10X8 is just silly fast!

Good morning guys!! At least I think it's morning! I'm pretty

much junk after 2 full days of racing, and I've only had 2 cups

of coffee! I couldn't hear at the race yesterday, so I need you

all to help me and post results, as I didn't get them written down.

I do know we were pretty dominant at the JBRL!

Mitch Perkins had a really exciting win in stock! He came over

to me grinning ear to ear!! Good job Mitch!

Casper had a win in his first big race with the Kyosho, AND mod

buggy!! Way to go Casper!

Peter Lopez won 19t Truck, all the way from Las Vegas!! Thanks

Peter, we always love a win for " Team Banzai Old School" !!

Ok guys, jump in here and post your results! I'll be in and out of here

as I think of more things!!

Thanks to all my boys and all our customers, you really are terrific!!

Judi

Mom thanks for the motor Sunday. They really helped me on that big track.

I got 3rd in the A-Main 2WD Sportsman Stock.

I won the B-Main Sportsman Stock in Truck but something happened to it in the A.

It was fun pulling some guys haha

K-King, you are most welcome!

Casper, I know you'll have them up as soon as you get them!

Casper is the JBRL webmaster, and he's doing a great job!

It just occured to me I should have gone up and sat in the

announcer box with Jimmy, that way I could have got all the

results.

On the other hand, I would have watched the races, as I couldn't

see from ground-level! Which could have meant a major nervous

break-down!

Listening to Hopsing's main, which was brutal even listening as best I

could, was heart-pounding!! I know he finished 2nd after being the

ultimate pro and did a stop and go on an accidental bump, which I think cost

him the race.

Ryan Dunford did The absolute BEST move I've ever seen!!!
Last lap... last few corners....Got into it with 2/3 (they were going at it)...
Got by on a 'not so clean' move...AND STOPPED
Let the guy by again. It cost him 2nd??

Props to ya Ryan

Yes Mom, I finished 2nd in Exp 2wd stock. I did do the stop and go for Erik after the unintentional bump. It was exciting 6 minutes for sure, I ended up as far back as 5th at one point and worked my back up to the lead only to fall back again.

Casper, that straight away was like an ice rink at the start I found that out at the start of the 19T main Qual 9th finished 4th.
