Got a question for you guys. I'm making the switch from b4.2 to a rb6 and I got about a 1000 dollars worth of good tires and I was wondering if I could just switch to the rb6 hexes and put associated hexes?

If your already running hexes and have the hex wheel you are good to go with your current wheels.

The rear rims work perfectly. Just run locking wheel nuts not nylon. With the front rims you will need to shim them as the ae rims have a deeper hex comparied to the kyosho rims.

Oh yea I forgot about that part where the wheels would rub. I Actually just moved the spacer from the inside to the outside and problem was solved.

I used the shims from the loss scte diff. They are a perfect fit. The scte guys throw away when they go to the 2.0 diff housings.

The b4 and rb6 wheel offsets are not the same. Run the avid long axles so that you can run b4 rear wheels. The rb5 front axles work better than stock rb6 for b4 wheels (wheels would be skinnier though).

So RB6's out of stock at most of the main online retailers...does that spell an SP coming very shortly or just an increased interest after Tebos world championship. I am looking for a 2nd but in no rush and likely would grab an SP just cause'. I love my RB6 but new and shiny is new and shiny LOL

I feel like its 1mm for going from 25-30, I don't think there is a shim small enough for 1dg

are you referring to bump steer? 2 mm and i can't visually see any bump steer as the tire goes up and down as the arm swings. I don't feel any awkward steering either.
