Just a quick schedule for those interested. This is approximate as we will tweak it once all the final entries are added
Thursday 5:00 Pits open for set-up
6:30-9:45 track open to lay down a groove
There will be early check in tires, & motor tech available Time TBD
Friday 7:00 Doors open
check-in, tires, and motor tech available all morning and other times to be posted later
Approximately 1 hour of open track time
8:15 start controlled practice by class
11:30 repeat round of controlled by class
3:00 controlled round by Qualifier
6:30 controlled round by Qualifier
If done in time track will remain open till 9:45
Saturday again doors open at 7:00 with a short morning practice and 3 rounds of Qualifying, more detail schedule will be posted once heat board is set. Plan to be done by 10 pm with open track if time allows
Sunday doors open at 7:00, Last chance Qualifier, followed by mains with every effort made to start mains before Noon.

what kind of motor tech is being done? How does this process work?

it will work the same as every other race that does motor tech.
step 1) bring motor disassembled to tech, or disassemble it at tech.
step 2) we will be inspecting stator and rotors.
step 3) reassemble the motor at tech table
step 4) motor will receive tamper proof labeling and your good to go
step 5) enjoy the longest running RC event with the confidence that everyone is legal

The construction on the sub floor begins today, the event staff is either there working or will be en-route today so it may take awhile for respond back to emails or posted questions or updates.

Are any Awesomatix guys coming that have 2x P05 (sway bar joints) and 1 PL6 (Left Damper) that I could buy off of you at the track? Already bought rebuild parts for this used car and noticed these issues tonight during rebuild so there's no way I'd be able to get the parts shipped in time.

The damper might be a tough one though. What exactly is it doing?
