That is the bummer part with Paypal, we are not allowed, by Paypal rules, allowed to assist or use a customers Paypal account. Also, we would have your Paypal info, which we as a company do not want also.

Keoni, I bought frm you directly as well as placed quite a few orders online, I made a purchase through amain on ebay cause I had ebay bucks & im having a issue with the part. I went into chat and was told by chelsey basically you guys cant help me even though I bought from you, I have to wait to hear back from the ebay message to seller I sent. That make no sense to me?? I would think anything purchase by your company, your cust service/tech support people would be able to assist.

The problem with buying through ebay or amazon, we are limited and bound by their rules on how we can take care of returns and problems. It must be dealt with through the eCommerce you used. In the future, I would order direct from us, that way we can take care of you. You will be taken care of, but have to go through ebay to set up the return...what is your information, I will have the ebay manager look at it asap. Thanks

There are no options to use a coupon when paying a PayPal invoice that I know of.
I have a Paypal balance and want to continue to be loyal to amain as you guys have been good to me (you included Keoni!). I'd rather spend my money with amain, all things being equal or close to equal.
