There is an on-road and an off-road version on the engine. In the USA , OFNA labels the on-road version as the P9 EVO2.

Both motors can be used for high level racing. The P7R is used for off-road and the P9R is a 1/8 on-road engine.

It would be ok in an on-road car that is based on a off-road chassis like the OFNA GTP, but if you are using it in a true 1/8 on-road chassis it will lack the top end.

Default Motor

My buddy runs a picco identical to the one pictured on the rcmart site, but his has a black head on it. I want to say its the p9R but I don't know picco motors that well. Its insane fast.

I have a JP Racing .21 for sale if your interested.

run the P9R with a 9886 pipe. Its a great combo thats easily competitive and isnt extremely expensive. An off road engine in these cars are not suited. They will have way to much bottom end and wont have the top end thats needed.
